Returns & Exchanges
We are offering an extended returns period until January 10th which means you can gift without the risk. Extended returns apply to items purchased from the 1st of December 2020 until the 11th of December 2020. Items purchased outside of this period are subject to Treball Active's 30 day free returns policy. Any questions please email - email@example.com
Don't sweat, we totally understand that not everything goes to plan with your online shopping purchases! That's why we’re happy to offer refunds or exchanges on any full priced garments up to 30 days from your purchase date.
If the garment you’ve ordered doesn’t fit, we will happily replace it for a different size, as long as we have the stock available. If the garments don’t suit you at all and you’re wanting to return it, we will happily refund you your money no questions asked (please note we only offer store credits on sale items). We're here to look after you and make sure you are 100% happy with your purchases.
We are more than happy to issue exchanges on all items. Please send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and the desired exchange product & sizing, so that we can make sure the products are still in stock.
Once we receive your exchange we will inspect the products & make sure they are still in their original condition, with tags attached. We will then process your exchange & send you a confirmation email with a new shipment tracking number.
Please allow up to 3 business days for an exchange to be processed from the date that the returned items are received by Treball Active.
*Please note we do not offer exchanges to our International Customers due to the high cost in shipping and handling.

Our return slip containing your order number, full name and clear tick in the refund box, products in original condition with tags still attached.

We aim to send out confirmation emails of receiving your return within 48 hours of receiving the returned item/s. Please note that refunds may take 5-10 working days to show in your account.
MISSING SOMETHING? / RECEIVED WRONG PRODUCT:
SERIOUSLY?! Damn we really suck!! Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will express your items with a little present to say sorry.
We try our best to accept all items returned to us, however, please observe our Returns Policy below.
- Orders must be returned to us within 30 days from date of purchase (as indicated on your invoice). Returns outside this period will be sent back to you.
- Items must be returned in their original condition. This means the garments must – be unworn & unwashed, have all tags attached and have no make up, stains or strong odours.
- No returns for items purchased using a credit note, sale items and promo coupons (not including your welcome promotion, or “sets”).
- Exchanges and returns for online orders can only be processed directly through our online store department.
- Returns that do not include a return note with instructions will be returned to sender.
- Please note that we do not take any responsibility for lost or damaged packages. We strongly recommend you get a tracking number when exchanging or returning.
- International customers please note we only offer returns on your orders NO exchanges applicable.
- International customers please also note you are responsible for your return postage fees.
What if my item/s is faulty?
We aim to provide our customers with products of the highest standard and quality. In the very unlikely and extremely embarrassing event that you receive an item that is damaged, incorrect or faulty, please contact us at email@example.com and we will resolve the problem as swiftly as possible. If possible please attach a photo or two showing the defect/fault to the email as this will help speed up the returns process.
Of course we offer a full refund (including return shipping cost) on damaged, faulty or incorrect items, but we would much rather get you what you wanted in the first place with an exchange or replacement of the item. If you do want a refund though, please send us a copy of your shipping receipt so we can return the funds to you.
