Returns & Exchanges
Don't sweat, we totally understand that things don't always go to plan with your online shopping purchases! That's why we’re happy to offer FREE returns or exchanges on any full priced garments up to 30 days from your purchase date.
If the garment you’ve ordered doesn’t fit, we will happily exchange it for a different size - just as long as we have the stock available. If the garments don’t suit you at all and you’re wanting to return it, we will happily refund your entire order, no questions asked. Alternatively, you can return for a 110% store credit.
Please note that we do not offer refunds for sale items, but are happy to offer a store credit to the value of your order.
We're here to look after you, and want to make sure that you are 100% happy with your purchases.
We are more than happy to issue exchanges on all items. Make sure you specify the product and size you would like to exchange your items for. Please note that exchanges are subject to current stock availability.
Please make sure your products are in their original condition, with tags attached. Once we we receive it, we will inspect the products and then process your exchange. You will then receive confirmation email with a new shipment tracking number.
Please allow up to 3 business days for your exchange to be processed from the time it has received by our team.
*Please note we are not able to offer exchanges to our International Customers.

What if my item/s is faulty?
Our mission is to create beautiful, high-quality, functional & timeless activewear that helps you look & feel your best. In the very unlikely and extremely embarrassing event that you receive an item that is damaged, incorrect or faulty, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will resolve the problem ASAP. Please attach a photo or two showing the defect/fault to the email as this will help speed up the returns process.
We try our best to accept all items returned to us, however, please observe our Returns Policy below.
- Orders must be returned to us within 30 days from date of purchase (as indicated on your invoice). Returns outside this period will be sent back to you.
- Items must be returned in their original condition. This means the garments must – be unworn & unwashed, have all tags attached and have no make up, stains or strong odours.
- No returns for items purchased using a credit note, sale items and promo coupons (not including your welcome promotion, or “sets”).
- Exchanges and returns for online orders can only be processed directly through our online store department.
- Returns that do not include a return note with instructions will be returned to sender.
- Please note that we do not take any responsibility for lost or damaged packages. We strongly recommend you get a tracking number when exchanging or returning.
- International customers please note we only offer returns on your orders NO exchanges applicable.
- International customers please also note you are responsible for your return postage fees.
