International Shoppers:

International shipping is free for all orders over $150, otherwise a $20 shipping fee is added at checkout . Each international parcel is sent with DHL e-commerce via each country's local postal service. Once you receive your tracking number, you can track it on your countries postal website once item has left Australia and landed in the destination country. Sometimes it can take a while to see tracking details displayed.

The time it takes for internationals parcels to arrive can vary depending on the countries listed below, & are dispatched on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays

  • If taxes and customs fees are not paid on arrival, we will be unable to refund the parcel once it has been returned to us. We are only able to provide a store credit once the parcel has been received.
