International Shoppers:

International shipping is free for all orders over $200, otherwise a $20 shipping fee is added at checkout . Each international parcel is sent with DHL e-commerce via each country's local postal service. Once you receive your tracking number, you can track it on your countries postal website once item has left Australia and landed in the destination country. Sometimes it can take a while to see tracking details displayed.

The time it takes for internationals parcels to arrive can vary depending on the countries listed below, & are dispatched on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays

  • In a rare circumstance, Treball Active is not liable to refund or replace an item if your parcel is lost in transit, once it has been dispatched from our facility.
  • Once your parcel is dispatched from our facility Treball Active is no longer liable. In a rare circumstance if your item was lost or stolen in transit, Treball Active bears no responsibility to refund or replace your item.
  • If taxes and customs fees are not paid on arrival, we will be unable to refund the parcel once it has been returned to us. We are only able to provide a store credit once the parcel has been received.
  • Please note that Treball Active is not liable for any freight charges, international duties or taxes incurred by delivery, refused shipment or unclaimed goods. Please refer to your home country's government website for tax and duties charges for a full breakdown.

Don't worry, we understand that shopping online is always a little risky. You never know if it’s going to look the same on you as it does on the models. That's why we’re happy to refund or exchange any full priced garments up to 30 days from your purchase date. If the garment you’ve ordered doesn’t fit, we will happily replace it for a different size, as long as we have the stock available. If the garments don’t suit you at all and you’re wanting to return it, we will happily refund you your money no questions asked. We're here to look after you and make sure you are 100% happy with your purchase.

We try our best to accept all items returned to us, however, please observe our policy as follows:


  1. Orders must be returned to us within 30 days from date of purchase (as indicated on your invoice). Returns outside this period will be sent back to you.
  2. Items must be returned in their original condition. This means the garments must – be unworn & unwashed, have all tags attached and have no make up, stains or strong odours.
  3. No returns or exchange for items purchased using a credit note, sale items and promo coupons (not including your welcome promotion).
  4. Exchanges and returns for online orders can only be processed directly through our online store department.
  5. Returns that do not include a return note with instructions will be returned to sender.
  6. We do not cover for the cost of the return shipping. It is recommended to use a shipping service with tracking as Treball Active is not liable for any packages lost in transit. All items are inspected by our staff upon arrival.


If you would like to exchange your full priced items for a different style or size, your replacement item will be sent as a new order and you will receive order and shipping confirmations via email.

Please allow 3 business days for an exchange to be processed from the date that the returned item is received by Treble Active.

If the requested item is unavailable your order will be refunded and you will be advised by email.

What if my item/s is faulty?
We aim to provide our customers with products of the highest standard and quality. In the very unlikely and extremely embarrassing event that you receive an item that is damaged, incorrect or faulty, please contact us at and we will resolve the problem as swiftly as possible. If possible please attach a photo or two showing the defect/fault to the email as this will help speed up the returns process.

Of course we offer a full refund (including return shipping cost) on damaged, faulty or incorrect items, but we would much rather get you what you wanted in the first place with an exchange or replacement of the item. If you do want a refund though, please send us a copy of your shipping receipt so we can return the funds to you.
